2. Topics Requiring Counsel and Business Approval

• The contracting legal entity, registered or service address, and effective date
• Account eligibility, participant responsibilities, and acceptable-use rules
• User content ownership, any platform licence, moderation, and intellectual-property terms
• Service availability, suspension, termination, warranties, and liability allocation
• Governing law, dispute process, notice procedure, and amendment process
• Event-organizer, exhibitor, speaker, sponsor, and attendee responsibilities

3. Event-Specific Commercial Details

Event organizers control event-specific access, ticket prices, eligibility, cancellation details, and refund terms. The details that apply to an event should be shown on the event or purchase flow before you submit a registration or payment. Review those details carefully and contact support before purchase if they are missing or unclear.
